New atrial fibrillation patient web site launched by European Society of Cardiology

The European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA), a part of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), has launched the Afibmatters.org web site for atrial fibrillation patients. StopAfib.org was honored to collaborate on this site to help meet patient needs.
